What this page collects

The Creator Lab landing page itself does not ask you for any personal information. There is no form on it. Everything you choose to share happens inside the conversation embedded in the page, which is described below.

Analytics and measurement

Three measurement tools run on this page:

• PostHog — product analytics and session replay. It records pageviews, clicks, scroll behaviour, web-vitals performance data, and a replay of how the page was used. All form inputs are masked before they leave your browser, and the embedded conversation is on another domain, so its contents are never captured in a replay.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — attributes visits and actions on this page back to the advertisement that brought you here, and is used to measure and optimise advertising.
• Campaign attribution — the marketing parameters on the link you arrived through (for example utm_source or a Meta fbclid) are stored in your browser and passed to the conversation, so a booking can be matched to the campaign that produced it.

These tools set cookies and use local storage. You can block them with any standard tracker-blocking extension or by clearing site data; the page works normally either way.

The embedded conversation

The application conversation on this page is hosted by a third-party video-funnel provider on ask.manujaggarwal.com. What you type, say or record there is collected by that provider and shared with us so we can decide whether Creator Lab is a fit for you. Camera and microphone are used only if you choose to answer with video or audio, and only after your browser asks for permission.

How the information is used

• To evaluate and respond to your Creator Lab enquiry.
• To contact you about the engagement you enquired about.
• To measure which advertising and page content produced genuine enquiries.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers named above, in order to run this page and this enquiry process.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@tetranoodle.com and we will respond.
